Dave Baxter Dave is the manager of IBM Global Services Development in Poughkeepsie, New York and resides in Washingtonville, New York. Dave began playing trombone in elementary school and continued playing as part of jazz groups through his college years at SUNY Albany. After a 25-year hiatus, Dave joined Switch in Time in April 2000. Dave’s hobbies include tennis and table tennis, and he was formerly a member of The Madrigal Choir of Binghamton
